Personal Training

Jessica has been a certified fitness professional since 2004. She is committed to helping every single client attain his or her fitness goals. 

The first training session with Jessica will assess current fitness levels and determine desired changes.  She will then develop and implement an exercise prescription involving cardiovascular, muscular, and flexibility training to achieve results.  Jessica will encourage and motivate each client to do his or her best.  She will push participants beyond their current comfort levels to reach goals quickly and effectively. She is a friendly, but tough trainer, and is excited to work with every client.

Jessica trains her clients at Anytime Fitness in the Five Points shopping center. Each client must have a membership to the fitness club. Individual sessions are $35 each, and group sessions are $60 and up, depending on the number of participants.

She also trains at Moody AFB Fitness Center. Please contact her for details about training sessions on the military base.

For more motivated individuals, Jessica offers an exercise prescription to help you meet your own fitness goals. This includes daily workouts describing specific exercises, as well as number of sets and repetitions of each exercise. This package includes one personal training session where she will demonstrate the proper way to perform each exercise. The cost of an exercise prescription is $250.
